Brand new S21fe physical power button

I got my new samsung s21 fe 4 days ago, when I opened the delivery package, phone box's seal was partially opened,I ordered from flipkart.

Also when I opened phone , everything is fine except it's power button. 

It is not study enough, bottom side of power button feels like not clickable at all only upper side. 

I think this is manufacturing defect which samsung should be taking care of. 

 I switched to samsung after 14 years, my first smart phone was samsung in 2009. 

What should I do can you guys tell me?

Go to an authorized service center and fix it under warranty. Or you have the option to return the device within 14 days.

If its still in return period contact flipkart and get it replaced.

You should return it. If seal is already partially opened.

Why did you open it when seal was open even, it's written there that if seal is broken return it. First thing.

If you found this hardware issue why do you report here the same community is on Flipkart you should have complaint there.

Further more : Samsung phone comes with the DOA so you can always replace it with new phone from the service center with in 7 days.

Final: for the future never ever open any item when the seal you see tempered.. make a knot and note of it..
