I have found problem to use bluetooth. I cannot connect with my bluetooth speaker. How should I do?

Download some app of your bluetooth speaker company to make connection easier

Try connecting your phone with other device and see if you are able to connect it with that device, and if connection is successful then your bluetooth is working perfectly, now test your speakers bluetooth by connecting it with other phone.

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> Bluetooth >> Storage >> Clear data.
- Software update via FOTA, Kies or SMART Tool.
- Check connecting with other Bluetooth speaker.
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
