Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am facing a serious issue with Bluetooth connectivity on my Galaxy S22 Ultra after updating to One UI 7. Since the update, my Galaxy Buds Live are frequently disconnecting.

Here are the main problems I’m experiencing:

After placing the Buds Live back into the case or turning off Bluetooth, they do not reconnect automatically.

I am forced to restart my phone every time to reconnect them.

Even after reconnecting, the buds disconnect again after a short time, and the only temporary fix is another restart.

This issue never occurred before the One UI 7 update. It is significantly affecting the usability of my device and experience with Galaxy Buds Live.

I request Samsung to please investigate and resolve this bug at the earliest through a software patch or update.

Thank you for your support.

Please try to clear cache partition after booting in recovery mode, if not solved format, the device after backup. If it works, you can mark this as a solution, which will also help other users. To do so, click the three dots in my reply section and select "Accept Solution." Thank you!

Bro, when I got the line on my screen, the first thing I did was switch off the phone and kept it in the freezer for a while to cool it down. Then I connected it to my laptop and wiped the cache, and rebooted the phone. After that, I submitted a complaint on Samsung Members.

I don’t know how, but the issue fixed itself automatically within half an hour. Also, mine was a horizontal line, not vertical. You can try the same steps — if it works for you too, then please mark the solution as approved.
