Bixby voice

Bixby got updated on my phone. But still I not able to use the Bixby voice. I tried all the ways like deleting the cache, restating the phone, but still it is not working. Anyone else is out there like me?

*Example: I gave a complicated command which no voice assistant can do like "Make the lest shortcut on the Lockscreen open Youtube in settings" and Bixby had done it in 4 seconds.
