For those of you who are having trouble opening it:
1. Goto Galaxy Apps and check "My apps" and update any apps.
2. Goto Bixby home and press on the 3 dots and press on "Voice apps and services". Then you will have it.
3. If you dont got any of these, Goto settings > apps > bixby voice and clear cache or restart and do step 1 and 2 again!

Bixby is an artificial intelligence which can perform so many tasks without even touching your phone.

It is not at all useless. Infact, it's one of the most advanced and sophisticated A.I I have ever seen. It gives you a feel of what an A.I should really be. It can control your whole device without you even touching the device. Bixby is ofcourse, very good. I'm really excited on what Samsung will further do to Bixby. I'm sure it's going to be great!
