Bixby Capsules

Hi. My Bixby will only use messenger and not WhatsApp. WhatsApp is not an option in my capsules. 

I cant navigate too... 

Do I and where can I download capsules or is there another way? 

Bixby marketplace is not available. 

Im in South Africa and have a S20. Please advise...

hi, your error was quite new to me. I gave it a try and it seems Whatsapp ain't fully supported yet on Bixby as opposed to Messenger. I went on to my GSPN (Samsung Support Network) and it seems Bixby only fully supports built in Apps that come defaulted with the device. third party app like WhatsApp ain't fully supported yet. see their commitment to improve the support in the attachment below
