I feel the exact same way. I have been a loyal customer since 2010. Sometimes I really feel like cheated. eveytime I bought any new flagship, very next month they announced another phone. recent example is S series. I switched from Note series and bought S20 ultra and very next months these bastards started working on S21 phone concept. fuk this company. i will switch to one+ they are pretty loyal to customers.

One plus releases T Model within 3 months of releasing a phone. And as per the process of creating new phone, every company would be planning for 2022 even now. Once they release 2021 phone they will look at the feedback and consider what changes they can do. S21 will be minor update in that respect.
Samsung has 2 release cycle for their phones and S line and Note line are different in Samsung's view, while customer might just see a difference of S-pen(which mostly is true). Every generation brings new thing unless a company decides to kill a phone series.
