After one UI 7 update I am getting very low screen on time have any one noticed this or experienced please let me know

Yes. I also faced the same in my s24ultra

Try clearing the cache and then draining the battery to 0% and then charge again.See if it works.

How to clear the cache

1)Turn off your phone.
2)Plug your phone to your pc or laptop.
3)Press and hold the power button and volume up button when the charging logo appears.You will enter android recovery.From there use the volume down button to navigate to clear cache option and press the power button.Then navigate to yes and press the power button.Then after clearing the cache is complete press the power button again and the device will restart.

Not sure that it will work on all devices but it worked for me and a couple of other users who did the same thing.

Most people are getting less sot then before maybe phone will get optimized to new update in a week.
