Battery performance severely affected post 1st July patch update

Hi Samsung support,
I have updated my S23 ultra with 1st july patch of OneUI7.
Since then, the battery not lasting beyond 2 hours. Suddenly discharges by about 25 to 30% twice or thrice in a span of 2 hours and phone switches OFF.

Kindly look into the same quickly.

Is anyone facing the same issue?

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. You can try this to fix

First switch off your device
Connect your phone with pc/laptop charging icon will show then press volume up plus power button once samsung logo appears release power button keep pressing volume up button .

Now u will see recovery menu on your device just release volume up button and fo wipe cache partitions and restart the phone

And after restart go into phone setting>about phone>software information>google play system update if u find latest update install it then restart the phone

Thanks for the feedback.. but will it format my device? All data will be wiped out?

No data will wiped untill u select wipe data and formate

You have to choose clear cache and partition only i do it on every major update or patch

Now the phone gets switched off during the call..although battery is 70+%

Yes it happen with everyone bcoz the android play services getting updated in background and there is also new update patch for android play service check out my first comment do that steps after u clear chache and partition step
