I don't know what's wrong with my galaxy S24 Ultra but here is the screen on time I got yesterday, which is not as everyone got on it as per my research...., so is there a problem in my device?

My S21 plus give better battery backup . You should try to visit service centre and asked them

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. To Complain To Samsung Support Follow The Steps:-
Open Samsung Member→Click on Support Present Below→Click on Report→Type Your Report And Clip The Image Through The Clip Button Present Above→Click on Send.

How much screen on time is considered as normal on using qhd+ 120hz performance standard mode . Moderate use .
