Hey guys!

My s22 ultra battery drains very quickly. At night, 30 percent of the battery drains without even using my phone. Any possible solutions??

Also, my Sims always say emergency calls only even if there's no network issue.

It might be because of your network provider has not properly optimized the network. If you are using Jio SIM and not living in 5G coverage area then select your network as LTE Only mode until stable 5G launching your area. It might help to resolve your issue. Otherwise, you can take a backup and factory reset the phone to solve the issue hopefully.

I reset the phone but it didn't help. I'm using airtel and it's not working

Select the Network as LTE Only or 4G/3G/2G Auto and restart the phone and try testing, hopefully it will resolve your issue. I am using Same S22 Ultra with Vi SIM but I don't have any issue and my battery last until 2 days so there is no any issue with software side. Also ensure your phone updated with latest software update with January 1 Security patch.

Final solution is you visit the nearest service centre and get warranty claim, they will help youbto find the issue properly

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:

Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).

Please follow the below steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
