4 days ago i got my s24 plus mobile. Everything is perfect but the problem is battery drain soo fast . 1hr video call take 15-30% charge(even on 4g network). How to solve this problem? Should i return my mobile ??

Customer service pe ja ke aya to bola ki battery ka koi issues nehi .chahe to ekbar format and software update de ke dekh sakte he. Data backup kar ne k liye bola he . After updating aa sab issues thik ho ga bhai ?? Tension me hu bohut .or kon sa karna thik ho ga hard reset yea software update firse bcz maine already colours os 7 update kar liya jis din phone delivered hua tha us din hi. Plz guid me .

Per hard reset se saara data delete hoga factory reset jaise phone ho jayega data laptop ya computer mein le lena fir karna aur charging cable laptop ke USB se Karna tabhi woh option aayega wipe data karke refer karna 3 ya 4 videos fir try karna easy hai
