Hii guys 
 Can someone tell me how I contect with someone who have solution my problem i have battery drain issue on standby mode i i am sure this is software issue very bad experience

Restart your phone and go in settings and then battery an device care and optimise it than also not solved then contact samsung support you will get the WhatsApp in Samsung members app in faq section.

Try wipe cache partition by powering off the phone , connect the charger and press volume up and power button at same time you will now enter in recovery mode ,now carefully select wipe cache partition by navigating through volume buttons and power button for confirming an action after that select restart. It may solve the problem . Earlier i also experienced same problem on a53 the battery used go down by 4 or more % now it goes only by 2% .

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:

Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).

Please follow the below steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).

I understand what u r trying to say but i troubleshooting all the step after do everything and also done handset replace and then observe that this is a software issue developer cannot done battery 🔋 algorithm proper😄 i request u please do something i spend my investment in this device
