Battery charging problem

Got a New S23 2 month back. Was happy with the overall performance of the device .

But since the last 2 days battery is not charging as usual. It has become quite slow takes around 2 hours for full charging . Fast charging notification is also not showing up on lock screen. Tried all settings . Even tried resetting all settings ..but no result. Any suggestions

If you did everything than you need to visit service centre for device check up with your charger and cable too

Try cleaning your charging port . This will help to charge phone at good condition.

How to clean the charging port...I have no idea

Use a tooth pick to gently scrape the inside of the port. Sweep the toothpick around the inside of the port to loosen up any dust, then give the phone a shake to make it fall out.

Take your time and be as gentle as possible to prevent damage in the port

Use cotton buds to clean instead of tooth pick
