Battery Replacement Query

I have Replaced the battery for my smartphone adn after that i run again the device diagnostic and still it shows battery weak for mew battery.

I have reset my phone but still the diagnostic app shows battery issue despite of new original battery installed.

Is it normal or software glitch. Please Help

You have to ask the same service centre itself why it's showing like this..so that they only will fix it whatever the issue is

It's a software bug. Even my samsung m53 5g used to give this warning "Battery status weak". I didn't do anything. With the new one ui 8 update this message dissappeared. And now my Battery status is normal. So definitely It's got to do something with the software

Mine software supported is ended as my device is S20 FE 5G. But while the battery backup is increased as when it was new.

Then its good to go if you can really feel the improved performance. Ignore what diagnostics data says.

For modern Samsung devices (One UI 5/6/7), power off the phone and connect it via USB-C to a computer or charger. Hold Volume Up + Power, select "Wipe cache partition" via volume buttons, confirm with Power, and choose "Reboot system now".
