Nope. I have a note 9 and it's perfectly fine.. I think you should get it checked at your nearest Samsung service center

switch off phone, then turn on by pressing power key, bixby key and volume up key together. release when android logo appears . then select wipe cache partition. don't wipe internal storage by mistake.
