Battery Capacity

Recently I was going through the battery information & I found that battery rated capacity is lesser than 5000mah. 

Is it same across all the users or do I need to visit Samsung Service Center?

Its like 128GB storage, but technically it may be 126GB+-

Yes typical they show a whole round figure as 4500/5000 but usually is about 3-5% lower
