Backup issues

I have s22u and on that i have alot of media.  But somehow smart switch fails to read the biggest folder which has few thousand files to backup

Any way i can fix that ? Please suggest

What is the backup location selected on the pc/laptop? If it's the one drive or a drive on the pc with less storage than needed, the backup may stop.

If you are not finding a solution, just manually copy paste that folder to the smart switch backup folder created on your pc, in the conventional way.

Thanks for the reply , no its a normal l9cation on my local drive that is about 4tb
So space is not a issue
Thing is i have alot of images that i have marked as fav in gallery if manual copy paste those favs wont get backup but with smart switch it does
