Background apps

I have s21fe. my phone has a small problem. Apps are not running in the background. When i open an app that is running in the background, that app restarts automatically. What i do ?? Any suggestions.

Listen, download Good Lock, then download app named Memory Guardian, there's an option in this app to keep apps open in background.
Tried it nd it worked for my mum's 4GB Ram phone. The 3GB game was running in bg

Nd if you don't find it in Good lock, then use Nice Lock, also I download that app using Nice Lock.
