Auto focus and iso issue @20x

Hi guys, 

I tried to take few pictures of moon but the images are inconsistent. @ 25+x, if i just focus on moon, it picks moon properly but abutting around it is blacked out. But if you try same at 20x, you can see clouds but moon is seen as a white ball and it cannot focus on it. Even manual tap doesn't work. Any workarounds for it?

Note: I'm using S21 Ultra

I think it's better to keep my note 10 plus.

I think after certain distance the AI kicks in and giving pre programmed images. Samsung phones never gives this much black in the image. if u zoom the black portions, u can find that..

It will be the best if you use a tripod to shoot Moon Shots.
