Hello Samsung Users,

About 2 weeks before, I got notification of software update on my mobile. So as usual, I have updated it on my Samsung S8 mobile.

unfortunately from next day onward, This mobile got issues of auto-starting itself.

Initially, I did factory reset setting on my own, but it doesn't solve the auto-starting issue. Then I have given to Samsung Customer Care center at Vashi, Mumbai. Even service center was not able to solve auto-restart issue. Also, Samsung service center doesn't know exact solution of it or even cause of it.

Does any body face the same issue like me ?

Let me know, if you have any idea to solve above problem.

Thanks in advance.

also try this
Go to settings> Apps > in apps find Galaxy Widget> in galaxy widget change the permission of change system settings to NOT ALLOWED. it problem will be solved. Accept it as solution, so that others don't suffer.

also it could be hardware problem.

I'm assuming that auto restart has been turned on in your device.

Kindly follow these steps to turn it off.

Go to Settings > Device Care > Three dots menu > Advacned > Auto Restart > Turn it off.

Else contact other Samsung Service Centre in your area for further assistance.

If it resolves your problem then accept solution so as to help others too.
