August security patch

People who got the august security patch please confirm this -

1) Is the battery drain caused by July patch is resolved and what's your SOT now and then

2) is there any new issues caused by the new patch

3) How is the update overall, should we update it or not.

Always update your phone. And if you think samsung purposely makes your phone slow and/or makes your battery die faster, then you're completely wrong.
I still have my s23 ultra 512gb. Display QHD+ wifi Bluetooth always on. I game on this device. Some days I use the phone for 10-14 hours.
Initially I used to get easy 9+ hours screen time. 3 years and thousands of charge cycles later it has dropped to 5-6 hours of screen on time.
After 3 years I simply replaced the battery and I now get 9+ hours of screen time again.

Security patches are the most important part of updates. From samsung and android.

Bro some people use there phones for 2-3h a day including me and in that too we have to charge twice I'm s24 user and some just bought the phone search for it you will find it

Yeah, I’m an S24 user. Even after replacing the battery, I’m still facing the same battery drain issue, probably because of the software. I can’t even get 3 hours of SOT on a single charge.

I'm on the same boat bro. But for now I have seen if I turn on flight mode I'm getting roughly 4H SOT

I did download the security patch update, and there are no improvements in the battery side. 

I used to get 5 hr of screen on time now I barely get 3 Hr of screen on time. Which is frustrating

Exactly my point man, Am I using flagship or what paying 70k and getting service like 20k even 20k phones have better battery backup
