I am using samsung S24. And whenever I am on call, the other person is not able to hear me and then I need to disconnect the call and then call again.
Similar problem on whatsapp, when I send voice note to people, no audio is going at all.
But if I am using earphones everything is working fine.
Is there any issue with the audio thing on samsung s24. Anybody facing this issue? Any suggestions to resolve this.

Better reach out to the service center ASAP before the warranty expires.

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also restart your's device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots also turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. Yeah same issue brother, iam fed up with this problem,
I have to take calls frequently and this thing just ruined the hell out of me

Hey!!
I went to service centre today and the issue is resolved now. They checked the phone and they said that some audio thing(cannot remember the exact name) needs to be put in the device.
They put 2 parts (or may be some chip) on my device and it took around 2 hours. Since my phone is still under warranty , They didn't charge me anything.
P.s. if you are also going , please backup your data, they will reset your phone.
