Put your device on a dry cloth
Take a hair dryer and start warming the speaker for 5 mins
Then, there are many websites online that play a specific sound and remove dust and other things. So this should remove it. After one week, or two I'm sure ur speaker will be fine.
This worked for me, saying from personal experience. Water went into the mobile speaker

Sir,I tried with the hair drier as well,,,but it is still the same,,,I have noticed that while playing a song ,,,for the first 45 seconds or so,,,it works perfectly fine than after that the volume drops to half,,,can it be a hardware issue with the motherboard also

See, if it related to software then it should be fixed with the next update
If not from software, wait for 1-2 weeks. Slowly and gradually the water will go away. Same happened with me

I was told by the service centre after having checked with the reinstallation of software in the service centre that we can check by changing the speaker,,so u think changing the phone speaker will rectify this problem
