Artistic background effects not available after one UI 7 update.

Just bought S24+ recently and tried artistic background effect for a portrait photo like star and heart shaped boheh.

However after one UI 7 update there is no artistic background effect available. 

I'm only getting blur effect option but not the artistic background effect.

Any solution or is this feature removed?
