Apps not working on WiFi

Hi,

This is extremely frustrating. It has been a month that some of my apps have stopped working when the phone is latched to WiFi and they only work when the Phone is in Mobile Data. 

I have also tried the Wipe Partition Cache. But no use of doing that. I reset the network. Also no luck with that. 

I have read this is a problem in the Samsung phones and believe me this is a sort of an Achilles Heal. The support team is also not helping me in any way. 

This is so frustrating. I believe this will finally make me leave Samsung and eventually migrate to other more stable Android Phones.

And sometimes the application themselves are to blame. There are some niche apps that do not like certain ISPs or regions. You can also try to run them while connected to a vpn and see that works.

Try to activate vpn. Maybe the problem is in the area.

Look man i had the same issue tried everything online didn't work .. then i called du support explained the error they did some kind of reset from their side and it worked after .. call ur provider and explain to them they will fix it in mins

Du did a HAG reset and it started working but then it again went down. I have a different phone on which this issue is not happening.

What did they reset in your case?

No idea man all the phones in my house had the same idea and after the reset everything went back to normal

So was this a manual reset by Du. Because they did the HAG reset but of no use.
