I have never had a good experience with Samsung customer care team ( either through community or by opening a case online). Their responses are in a template format and they don't go beyond it to solve a customer problem.  And customers does not have an option to escalate if they get frustrated( people who have used the option of email the CEO would know what I am talking about)

Any iPhone users here? How has been your experience with after sales? Looking for genuine feedback.

Apart from samsung I don't think you're gonna face any problems in iPhone.

Samsung care person is trained to reply as a robot.. they have no sense of reply they don't know even what is hardware features & what is software 😆 😆
Samsung is a small child if we compare to iphone in any matter!
