Secure folder and app lock is two different things, if you don't know the limitations of secure folder then stop defending the company unless they are paying you for it.

Currently, there is no inbuilt app locking feature or application in any samsung smartphone except for China region.

As for secure folder it's work profile.

Maybe you're talking about S-Secure that was old app used in old android versions ?

I don't know which other magic you found on these stores that millions can't find yet.
