Yep because Samsung doesn't listen to its users and we are just fed up with that useless secure folder. All the features are half baked highly non intuitive and filled with unnecessary things. #shameOnSamsung
Point. and nowadays ai is the only thing and recently i bought a ac from samsung which has ai features but none of them are working and when we call the coustomer care they will snd technician but they also dont know what is the issue
