Galaxy SSamsung must provide an in-built app lock in their premium phones instead of blocking the already existing options.

Galaxy SSo I know this is an old thread, but I found it in searches and thought I'll post this for others who may still be looking...
First you need to turn on App locking:
- go to: Settings -> Biometrics and Security -> (scroll down to) Other security sttings -> set on "Pin Windows"
Secondly to pin an app (If that is what is meant, so "close all" etc won't kill the app):
- app open you want to pin
- swipe up and hold to get the app overview/switching view and get the app in view if it isn't
- next tap the app's icon at the top of the app preview and you will get a menu and you'll find the option to pin! (don't ask me why they didn't just use a 3 dot menu!? Terrible UI design!!)
