This part continuously flashes bt after taking screenshot its stable. Anyone there facing the same issue

This is not actually a issue, this happen when other carrier doesn't support reply, as you can see if you are sending sms to your contacts,that short code message doesn't popup.

Yes if sending to short codes msg don't go. I have also faced this.

I dont use google message app so dont know

Use samsung message app and disable google message
