How to increase Animation speed like opening and closing application without enabling developer mode ?....

Because some indian government application and merchant application doesn't work when developer mode enabled.

Goto settings->Accessibility->Vision enhancement and enable "Reduce Animations".
Have a look at the screenshot attached.
It'll show very less animations and phone will work faster.
