Android version is not updating to 9.0

Hi,

I purchased my Galaxy S9 plus in Dubai and unboxed it in Rwanda with a Indian SIM card on Aug 2018. After that my phone is not getting any updates for OS. I checked it manually in settings tab for update also. But its showing there is no update after Aug 2018 patch. Can any one help me on this. Now am in Dubai I tried by connecting the internet in Dubai and updating but nothing works.

try to use smart switch and check for update. if still no update download Odin firmware, you can flash safely.
