currently beta was released on 15th Nov
for Phase 1.
And it's confirmed beta will be released for UK on 20th Nov.
since UK falls under phase 2, we can presume India will get the beta on the same date (20th Nov).

phase 1
US, Germany and South Korea

phase 2
UK, India, China, France and Spain.
