My s10 is still running on android 9 and haven't received any android update yet

Clear cache from recovery, reset settings and try to seach for updates again. If not found you can flash latest build yourself manually or take it to a service centre.

It's rolling out gradually to more number of consumers. You'll get it soon. Keep an eye on your phone's update section.

Try to update it with Samsung Smart Switch if you have any PC or laptop available with u.
