Android Q (10) will be the last update for S9 Plus

I came to know that Samsung will release the last update for S9 Plus this month end. But the sad thing is, this may be the last update ONE UI 2.0 

Followed by some security patches for few months i guess. 

Any body have clear idea , please share more detail on this.

Yes you will get security updates when your device required, for sure you will get updates but maybe not android 11 and it's too early to speak about next android update, Samsung will provide bug fixes and security update and some features with its ui update

yes android 10 is d last major update fr s9plus..nd u will get security updates fr another 1 year

s9 and s9+ are still the best flagships of 2018 as well as 2019 and 2020 as well , compared to M AND A series.

Last update for S9 Series and then only Security updates for few years, and very critical updates can be pushed even after the specific software update services expires.

yes bro , according to samsung policy one gets only two major upgardes . So obviously after android 10 ,s9 will not get android 11 .But this series will get security patches for more year. If in time they feel to send any critical upadte to your phone they will send it.
hardware of s9 and s9 plus is first class and android 10 have lots of features , Son enjoy your phone with that

I am s8 owner my major is update is completed last year, this year received only security updates, will be same for s9 next in the list
