Android P update problems.

I get android pie update after i open my Samsung music app and play some music then i open my notification panel i don't see may music controllers eg: play,next.previous in notification panel asp the attached screen short. Can you find for a solution for this problem. Kindly find the attached screen short. NB. marked on red colour in attached photo.

one more issue evry time i skip the music or pause the music the notification(message tune) sound coming..?wht is this?
