Android Auto doesn't work with Samsung S9

Hi guys,
I have recently changed from a  iPhone to Samsumg S9 with android 8.0 version. I tried everything I can think of to connect my phone for AA. I tried connecting with original wire and also tried it with other wires but it didn't work.
But Android auto worked perfectly on other phone (5t) with same wires.

Hope someone can help me connect Android Auto with s9.

even the guy didn't knew... he said I can only connect phone with bluetooth..
