Hi there your phone is a US model and it looks like your phone is rooted. At this time it is unlikely that your phone will receive updates. So what you need to do is to un root your phone to continue receiving future software updates.

Hi there you can unroot your phone using a PC.

Steps to Unroot Your Samsung S21 Ultra

1. Back up your data:

This process will perform a factory reset, so back up any important files, photos, and data to a cloud service or computer.

2. Download official firmware:

Get the correct stock firmware for your specific S21 Ultra model from a trusted source, such as Samsung firmware websites like SAM Mobile.

3. Download and install Odin:

This is a flashing tool for Samsung devices; you can find it on various tech sites.

4. Boot your phone into Download Mode:

Power off your phone.

Plug your phone into your computer using a USB cable.

Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously.

When you see the Samsung logo, release the buttons and press the Volume Up button to continue to download mode.

5. Launch Odin on your PC

and load the firmware files:Load the BL file in the BL section of Odin.

Load the AP file in the AP section of Odin.

Load the HOME_CSC file in the CSC section of Odin to retain your data (though a full wipe is recommended for unrooting).

6. Start the flash:

Click the Start button in Odin to begin the process.

7. Reboot your device:

Once the flashing is complete, your phone will reboot.

8. Verify the unroot:

After the device boots up, you can install a Root Checker app to confirm that root access has been removed.

Important Considerations:

Knox warranty:

Unlocking the bootloader to root your device will trip the Samsung Knox fuse (Knox 0x1), which is an irreversible process and a permanent hardware change.

Firmware version:

Always ensure the firmware version you download is not older than your current firmware.

Data loss:

Flashing firmware inherently wipes all data from the device, so a complete backup is essential.
