No one with half a brain cell believes Samsung's story of it being delayed because of development.
Android 15/OneUI 7 being exclusive in newer devices just help market them. 
Shame on you Samsung, delaying an android update like this. You're destroying any goodwill you've built in this past few years.

Agreed. Any goodwill developed through last several years is going to be dented.
Delays without good reasons & communication is frustrating.
