Hey Samsung we need the latest update of Android 14 for our device S20 FE 5g, that come with Android 11 on box in India. Technically we received only Android 12 and Android 13 after purchase of it. So one os upgrading is rest that is Android 14. Kindly provide us. We purchased Samsung phone for trust on well maintained update structured system. So don't be like other Chinese company phone who promised more and do less.
