How come android 12 has been released on Samsung Galaxy s10+ but haven't received update on mine?

Globally Samsung doesn't seem to give a **bleep** about us in Africa, Samsung SA also also doesn't seem to care about customer care, only selling New phones to meet targets it seems.

Hi, Tadiwanashe kindly be advised that software updates are released in batches, therefore, not all devices will be able to update at once. The reason for this is to maintain a stable rollout.
