I'm a very faithful and loyal customer of Samsung galaxy S I've been using it from S3 till this day i have s20 ultra. . . But I'm not happy with the service at all. . . I met someone who has a note 10 lite and they already have the new android software. . . . Shouldn't new phone's be privileged first 🤔😕
No thats now how it works mate! For example I've got the Galaxy A52s released September and already I have received Android 12 and there are Still people with Galaxy notes released between 1-2 years ago they haven't received Android 12 yet.
This is one of the areas where samsung needs to improve in order to be on Iphone level. Their software updates are too slow. Imagine that android 13 is almost yet we are still waiting for android 12 update. So poor. Iphone updates all their phones at once, why can't Samsung do the same for their flagship phones.
