Android 10 Stable Release !!!

If Samsung has released the Stable Android 10 update for Germany then ideally India should not be far behind. 

As a matter of fact India should have got it along with Germany if not before. 

If sources are to be believed India has the highest number of Samsung Phone users & hence we should be on the top priority for Samsung.

The update cycle does not depend upon how large the consumer usage in a particular country is. It starts with a test phrase.
India would recieve it in January the update in January
