if you want to register for beta update you should first go to the members app and check out the notice option by clicking the bell icon. you will find the article there. then select the image that they posted. that's it
or there's also a chance that they might have removed this because it's already half of December. just wait for 15 more days to get the stable one. and to be honest the experience haven't changed a lot with the beta programme except the digital wellbeing and other some minor tweaks.
