hi all, im facing an issue that my S9+ doesnt stream videos of amazon prime on my Tv but streams only audio on the tv. if i play the trailers then it works fine but the full movies dont stream the video part of the movie. i have tried streaming the same from my MI/Oneplus3t phones and stream them without any issue.. anyone else also facing this? please check n confirm.
reply from samsung team is that they could not find anything from logs.please share new logs. :( the kind of issue i have shared first needs to be simulated first. have you tried simulating the issue from a s9+ to a samsung tv via chromecast? i would ask you to focus on that n try it first at your end n then you wont need logs feom people.
