Alert Slider for Galaxy Smartphones.

The Alert Slider as incorporated on both the iPhone and OnePlus smartphones, is a highly underrated hardware feature. The usefulness of it can only be testified to by those who have had and used it on their phones before. I highly recommend Samsung consider incorporating this on to their smartphones. It's a feature, or the lack thereof, that causes me to reconsider everytime I think about getting a Samsung Galaxy smartphone, so I settle for OnePlus.

For me the software is more important, oneplus do nothing on software. Everything from System UI to apps, the source is google. Its gives Intex, Micromax, Vibe. The google Dialer, Google Message, Google Contacts, Google Gallery everything is of google. It feels oneplus has done nothing on software.

I haven't used the alert slider before. But I have heard.

Agree I was OnePlus user and loved the Alert Slider
With Software of Samsung and just addition of Alert slider it will be a better addon

Currently I am using action key (power key) to do same task
long press to silent the phone

but it would have been too good to have slider
