About software update

Its really insane that samsung ditched its so called Premium galaxy S8/S8+...which will not update to UI 2.0 and Android Q. When your customers are paying you enough money to buy phones then you should give best support to customers by giving latest updates to atleast premium phones like galaxy high end devices...Samsung should think about this atleast some phones should be given update like Iphone....iphones are best in this things thats why they are the best. Most of the customers will switch to iphones due to dissatisfaction for not getting updates. Just 2 or 3 updates are not enough you are just doing bussiness nothing else. I love using samsung but i will not buy another samsung highend mobile wasting my money. I would go for iphone rather than samsung in terms to spend more money.

trust me one ui 2.0 will do nothing but slow down your phone performance. Extra features that you are never going to use is going slow down your phone and eat your memory space, so its better to use one ui 1.0. Trust me i have tried it

OnePlus is also giving only 2 major upgrades
In android I think pixel will get more than 2 major upgrades
Apple will definitely give more than 3 major software updates

samsung should push software update to s8 line,atleast samsung should give 3 major software update for their flagship like one plus and some other brand.

exactly friend atleast for flagship phone they should consider to give an 3 major updates...its disappointing for S8/S8+ mobile users
