A55 Random ads

Good day all, i am writing on behalf of a friend who owns an A55 device. She is having problems with the phone randomly just popping up ads whether she is using the phone or not. Is anyone else experiencing this on their A55? 

Is there a reason for why this is happening and gas anyone found a way to stop it?

There was probably an app downloaded that is launching the ads. Have a look at recently downloaded apps and delete them.

Also you could go to settings, connections , more connection & dns settings choose private dns, & type in : dns.adgaurd.com
