A white bar at the bottom screem

A white bar is visible at the bottom of the screen in samsung s10 lite.It is unrespomsibe to any kind of touch or swips and i am not able to close or cancel it.It become visible after a software update in the month of January.I hope this is a bug with the software.Please help to resolve it.
